An easy way to fundraise for your student is to buy scrip. Here's how it works.

You buy scrip cards from the band boosters for stores and restaurants you generally frequent. Then when you are in that store or restaurant, you pay with the Scrip gift card instead of cash or credit card. When you buy the gift card, the order form is in your student's name and a percentage of the cost of the card(s) you buy goes into your student's account. Different stores/restaurants have different percentages that they give. You can see them on the order form.

And it doesn't have to be just you buying the cards. Think outside the box. Everyone buys something, groceries, gas, clothing, pet food…Ask the grandparents, aunts and uncles, neighbors, relatives that live far away (many are nation wide stores).

One thing you must understand about Scrip. Each time we place an order, it cost's $10. While we try to take orders every two weeks, if we don't have enough orders, it is not worth paying the $10 plus someone's gas to go to Tigard and pick them up. So please be understanding if you put in an order and then get told it won't be that week like planned.

To Order Scrip:
Click on the Order Form button to the right and print the order form. Then bring it and a check or have your student bring them to band class on the next order day.

Scrip will be an ongoing fundraiser. Orders will be placed a minimum of once a month.
